Bad bad service

I would never recommend this internet provider to anyone...paid for 50/50 but only received 20/20 and was not refunded..I canceled sent several emails but they are giving me a run around..they send you from pillar to post..poor customer service and their network is bad for streaming. Still awaiting for my counsellation.
