Bad bad bad horrific terrible service

- stars .What terrible service 1 month ago promised in 24h to 72 hours technician would get hold of me to install line from wifi to fiber 1 month and 3 days later still nothing .The agents keep you on a call over 1 hour all the time saying problem will be resolved and never is .Then they put you on a whattsapp group and you think you be helped think again no service levels.worst company ever .what's disasters
