Awkward Service from Supersonic fibre

I had a disguisting experience with these guys. Made an inquiry about their their routers and wifi packages, the salesman insisted that even if l wasnt interested, he wanted details. Only to be surprised that they had debited R798 for 2 months and yet l have never used their product, neither do l have it. Battling to get my refund back.
