AVOID VODACOM FIBRE!!!!! Dishonest and terrible service delivery!!!

I ordered Vodacom Fibre, what a nightmare!!! After 2 MONTHS of non-delivery of the wifi router, I cancelled the service. 2 Consultants confirmed that my order was cancelled due to non service delivery. Telkom Fibre has now debited my account for the second time, they are just not stopping my debit order. It is theft. Nothing else. Stay away!!! Telkom has a package for unlimited internet for R399, they installed the internet within 5 days. Vodacom fibre now want to charge me for the Open Serve installation, which is ridiculous, seeing that Open Serve is a subsidiary of Telkom. Do NOT use this service, they are disorganized and dishonest. a NIGHTMARE!!!
