Avoid Supersonic at all costs

Supersonics support is absolutely horrible. I spent the last 4 days with them trying to sort out slow connection speeds. I must've called support 5 times to resolve the same issue. I keep getting the same turn off your router response. I've asked them to escalate my call, I've logged tickets online and nothing is being done. I'm fed up with them and will be switching to another provider. I must've spent R100 on Airtime alone just get ahold of them. Absolutely garbage from a provider who's been taking a lot of my hard earned money.
