Appalling service

So disappointed and heart broken. They are not releasing my line so u can have fibre installed. Other ISP have told me they cannot assist because Supersonic has to resolve this issue.am calling everyday and get promised lies. U can't believe the prejudice and appalling service we get as consumers and they don't care about customers.
