Amazing help by Precious Radebe

I was having trouble with my Internet for a whole week. I tried calling them and I was always told that its this problem or that problem. On Tuesday evening I phoned and I spoke to Precious Radebe, a very lovely lady who had helped in under 30 minutes and my issue was resolved. I was very happy with her and she was great and very well spoken. She has great communication skills and I am happy that my wifi is back and Woking well.
