Absolutely Trash

They have the most antisocial social media team ever.

I sent them a DM that went unresponded to for 9hrs, when I chased it up PM said they would get to it. When I chased it up that evening again, DM asked me to send a DM and I said I did, 12 hours ago. It's a new day and no response, even though I had to remind them again.

WHAT THE ****.

It's not like I can call the call center as calls aren't answered and when you select for a call back, it doesn't happen.

Noticed the service degrading when their CEO left Twitter. Absolute trash. I wouldn't recommend at all.
