Absolutely pathetic service. One Star is also too high of a rating!

My husband has been trying since Sunday to connect the line which he placed an order for the previous Thursday. Since Sunday we have spent approximately 3 to 5 hours per day (it is now Wednesday) being transferred from one department to another. Being told that we know it's not nice to be on hold but please wait. No direct transfer between agents just into the waiting line. We have spent hundreds of Rands worth of airtime trying to contact someone who can help. We are then told that one agent **** or the other one was incorrect. What type of pathetic service is this? Even their whatsapp line has a poor response. You're very happy to make a sale and get all the details but when it comes to service you guys have been shockingly pathetic. We have had to Hotspot our private devices for work and incur extra costs. How long does it take to activate a line? Your super stars aren't busy they are just pathetic.
