Absolutely pathetic

First of all i upgraded my line in March which they did immediately on their system but i never had a 50/50 line... I phoned them about 30 times and after 3 months my line was finally 50/50 and not 10/10... They charged me 2 months for a 50/50 line when i phoned them repeatedly to tell them my line is 50/50... After it was resolved i asked for a refund and they refused and had no recolection of my phone calls.. i have a few recorded phone calls of me telling them my line is wrong... As of now.. everyday around 6-10 in the evening my internet is on and off and very slow .. they only tespond to my complaints the next day and dont resolve my problems... Do not use these *******.. they just ***** your money and you dont get what you pay for....
