Absolutely horrified by their service...

Absolutely horrified by their service... They make you wait on the line without any call backs Their process is just terrible. Can’t believe why a service is allowed to operate if their is no customer service. No contract has been sent for terms and condition. I’m really considering to cut my service before even starting.
