6 months later and still no cancellation done

SUPERSONIC FIBRE YOU DO NOT DESSERVE A STAR. PATHETIC SERVICES. Is been 6 months and still no cancellation has been done. Previous tenant moved and we can't get a new service provider to access fibre due to SUPERSONIC not doing their job.....how much longer????
