I subscribed a home broadband router with them, firstly before it was delivered to me they required me to pay. I paid them and after paying them it took them days to allocate the payment. finally the router was delivered and it only functioned for 3 days thereafter nothing. I reported the matter but nothing was done. I cancelled the subscription asked for the router to be collected still nothing/ but they keep on deducting money from my bank account. their service is terrible.
