Stuttaford Van Lines exceptional service
I arranged for collection and delivery of furniture last month from Johannesburg to Cape Town and dealt with Marlo Minnie at the Gauteng Hubl He was very helpful and very quick to respond to all emails and phone calls. I can highly recommend his great service. The gentlemen who arrived to pack and collect the furniture in Johannesburg were very friendly and the driver introduced himself and the team on arrival. I was also very impressed with the how much care they took with wrapping and packaging all the items before loading into the truck

Exceptional Service from Stuttafords Van Lines! Relocating our family from Cape Town to Johannesburg was a big milestone for us, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to journey with us to the other side of the country. The Stuttafords Johannesburg & Cape Town teams were absolutely incredible from start to finish. Their professionalism, efficiency and genuine willingness to help made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel so much more manageable. What we appreciated most was the care and attention they gave to every part of the process. From handling our belongings with care to ensuring everything was delivered and settled into our new home, the team approached their work with such a positive attitude. Corporate arrogance and huge liability warning
********** arrogant lack of service regarding addressing their draconian terms and conditions. A huge warning to anyone considering using them, pay close attention to their clause 15.1 which states that the customer indemnifies them against any 3rd party claim for any cause whatsoever. This means that for any negligent act they may commit (eg their driver kills a bunch of school children through negligent driving), the customer will be liable for any costs they are sued for. After asking if I could discuss this clause with them I received a one-line response essentially saying take it ir leave it. They are not even prepared to engage with their clients - incredible corporate dark ages.

Damaged Furniture, Missing Items and Poor Communication
My moving experience was extremely disappointing and stressful. Several of my valuables were damaged during the move, and I have now also discovered missing items. I don’t have a lounge tv because of this company. What makes this worse is the poor communication not even a courtesy call has been made to reassure me or explain how the matter is being handled. For a company of this size, I expected professionalism, proper care, accountability, and better customer service. Instead, I have been left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling completely in the dark.

Stuttaford van line. *******
I am appalled with this company. We were asked to obtain 3 separate quotations for a simple move from Somerset Wets to Stilbaai. All three companies were given the same brief and direction. Quote 1: R14500 Quote 2: R24750 Quote 3: Stut Stuttaford Van Lines R92000. How on earth can Stuttaford's justify such a ridiculous price compared to it's competition? This was a shared consignment too from them and not the other 2. Shameful.
