Damaged Furniture, Missing Items and Poor Communication

My moving experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.

Several of my valuables were damaged during the move, and I have now also discovered missing items. I don’t have a lounge tv because of this company.

What makes this worse is the poor communication not even a courtesy call has been made to reassure me or explain how the matter is being handled.

For a company of this size, I expected professionalism, proper care, accountability, and better customer service.

Instead, I have been left frustrated, disappointed, and feeling completely in the dark.
