Corporate arrogance and huge liability warning

********** arrogant lack of service regarding addressing their draconian terms and conditions. A huge warning to anyone considering using them, pay close attention to their clause 15.1 which states that the customer indemnifies them against any 3rd party claim for any cause whatsoever. This means that for any negligent act they may commit (eg their driver kills a bunch of school children through negligent driving), the customer will be liable for any costs they are sued for. After asking if I could discuss this clause with them I received a one-line response essentially saying take it ir leave it. They are not even prepared to engage with their clients - incredible corporate dark ages.
