Pathetic delivery service

Mr order never arrived and made 6 calls to the service provider with no help at all. This was a really pathetic experience and the manner people dealt with was unprofessional.... I will never use this service again. In actual fact. I won't use the normal uber service again and rather move to taxify. This was pathetic. This is all 4 hours later.
