STADIO has failed to assist with my deregistration
I requested deregistration on 5 September and was told on 7 September that someone would contact me within 72 hours. Nobody contacted me. I have called several times but keep getting passed around without assistance. I also cannot find the deregistration form on Canvas. I simply want my deregistration processed and confirmed in writing.

Please can I get responses to my TP300 tickets.
Please can I get responses to my TP300 tickets. They are more than 10 days old. The admin team for TP300, is this team correctly staffed ? the old ticketing system worked, the new one does not seem to be effective at all. I had tickets logged earlier this year but had to call in to get them resolved.
