Very bad experience. I came to the store on Wednesday to cancel a laybuy and got sent back home without help because "the store had nt made any sale yet" and told to come back on Saturday around 13:00 or 14:00. I have been in the store since 12:50 till now and still haven't been refunded

Bad customer service from store manager, Mr. Motati Skipper bar Kuruman Mall. Store 785 On the 20th of August, I bought two sneakers, both worth R2800 and I was assisted with friendly service by floor sales associate called Abbi (big ups to him). On the 22nd of August on a Saturday I returned one sneaker as it didn't fit me properly and it was hurting the top of my feet. The lady at the store kindly asked if I can come back on Monday the 24th for a refund and I agreed. Monday I went back to the store and the Store manager TOLD me to come Wednesday or Thursday as there was no cash at that time, I then agreed, Wednesday I came and he said, "I told you to come Thursday afternoon and he guarantee me that he will give me my refund". I then left the store. On Thursday the 27th of August afternoon, I went back to the store and I found a lady at the counter, she then called Motati from the back office, he came with his energy drink(dragon) drinking it on the floor and while assisting me. He told me to wait as he only has R1000 in the counter and he went to bank cash that morning. I was upset because, he knew that he has a refund to transact since Monday, how can he do banking and expect me to wait whereas it's my third time coming back for it. He was busy drinking his drink behind the counter and I explained to him that, I want to use that money to go buy Orlando Pirates jersey from Studio 88. He then called his regional manager for permission to do an exchange from Studio 88. Motati did not show any remorse or emphaty, nor did he show any sense of urgency to resolve my refund. I used my means to drive 90km to the store just to do a refund. Motati is not a good manager and he is very arrogant and does not know customer service.

Bought a 2 pairs of tekkies at Skipper Bar Hammanskraal. The Adidas Ownthegame 3.0 was very stinky from the very first day i wore it, it was also torn. When i went to exchange it, i was told that the area manager and the supplier/factory would have to review if weather the tekkies i bought less than 30 days ago are worth to be considered. I was also told that the review takes 5-7 days. The infomation regarding their stupid return/exchange policy was never disclosed when i was buying... If i knew, i would have bothered. ADIDAS, you can do better. I am so disappointed in you

Hi On Sunday 03/05/26 I purchased goods worth the value of almost R3000. One of these items were Adidas Retropy F2 Tekkies in a Size 8 which is my usual size. I was assisted by Babalo Xauka in the George Branch who told me in a very excited manner that if the shoes does not fit nice I can return it within 30days. For him it was all about the sale as I asked him again and again if I can return it after I wear it and his words was Yes you can. I did tell him that some times the shoes is tighter than normal if it's not original and might give me issues when worn. Still 100% agreed to me that I can return it within the 30day period. The price of the item was R1599included vat. Today 06/05/26 I went to SkipperBar George to return the tekkies for a size 9 which they do had in stock but then she told me that she can't replace it due to it being worn. I only fitted it on and walked up and down the yard to see if it suits my needs but it was stiff on the top part of my feet and caused a blister which became very sore and painful. Immediately I packed the shoes in the box to be returned to store. The main problem is that I am looking for a bigger size but now they can't replace it for me. Babalo gave me wrong information in the return policy and the issue is I am sitting with shoes I can't wear. I spoked to the Regional Manager Mr DE Wyk Steyn and told me nicely that I will report this to HelloPeter and Social Media Platforms. Outcome on this is that I just want my shoes to be replace for a Size 9. The lady at counter also told me that I need to check the slip but my issue is that the sales man gave me the info before purchase. The slips is printed after the initial sale and not while sale is in progress. I will also sent this email to CGSO and their HeadOffice for correspondence Regards Russel Jansen

On the 21st of December we went to Carlton Centre skipper bar just before they close the store, they let us in without even complaining about time but while we were still trying things and asked if we can fit but they refused us to fit and even to check if the shoes we brought. They were mean and some of them drunk, my partner went back to exchange since we were not happy but still they were hostile towards her and on that following day the manager was there but nothing happened to easy the situation

I did lay-by on October around month end, and then this month when I had enough money to take it out ,only to find out that they have sold my clothes to someone. All this time I didn’t look somewhere for clothes because I knew I have lay-by at skipper bar only to get disappointed two days back . The customer service is very poor, I am very disappointed by the treatment I got
