Worst ISP: inconsistent fibre speeds Wondernet/Seacom

I have complained about my internet speeds that Seacom provides.

It has been a week and still no resolution the agents are not getting back to me with any feedback. They continuously blame Vumatel but nothing is done.

The call center number is useless they do not answer.

I am fed up with Seacom fibre.
