Useless Company wondernet

Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Their after-sales service is virtually non-existent, and getting assistance is an exercise in frustration. The name WonderNet is actually quite fitting—you spend all your time wondering if you’ll ever connect or when your service will actually work. You pay for a service that is constantly unreliable. When you report faults, the response is always the same: “We can see it’s working from our side.” Apparently, “working” means having no signal, no carrier, and no usable internet. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Save yourself the time, money, and endless frustration. There are far better providers who actually deliver the service you pay for. Recommendations for this useless company a big fat ZERO ZERO AND ZERO I wish I could meet someone that works at this useless company specially someone in management. One star is still too good for this wondering company.

WonderNet, wonder where the internet is yes.

Have not had internet for 2 weeks. Canceled wondernet and tried to go with new ISP and that can't be activated as it takes a calendar month to cancel wondernet. Leading to spend copious amount on phone with support going through the same mundane steps with no success and no internet to do my current job from home. They still want me to pay for the month of cancelation, but they can't provide me internet. Support says the link is up and running, but jo device, or laptop can connect. So this leaves me without internet for a month as the new ISP can't onboard me due to a cancelation policy on WonderNet side. No problem if I actually received internet from WonderNet for a month during the transition, but the do not provide me with a solution and refuse to cancel immediately. With tears in my eyes does this fall under normal protocol? No. But why care, why follow up. They onboard you within a day. But can't cancel or provide ISP during cancelation. But also blocks you from signing up with new ISP. Useless

Worst ISP I've ever dealt with

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, the customer service is TERRIBLE. You have to speak to a bot to get through to a real person, which could take hours. And when you eventually do get through, the customer service guys are not helpful at all and try and pin the blame on the customer every chance they get. If you take one thing away from this review please let it be that you should NEVER EVER consider choosing Wondernet as your ISP, honestly what a ****ty customer service department.

Disgusting exploitation of clients

Pitty you cannot score zero stars. Wondernet is officially the worse ISP. I was a client for 6 years. September I had to do a line switch as I moved from one unit to another in the same complex. Not once was I told that there will be additional charges. If you query them you either do not get a response or they simply tell you to pay. I refused so my services was suspended. Now I still receive new Invoices for services not received. If your idea of running a business is exploiting your loyal clients then I am afraid you will not be around very long.
