WORST INTERNET EVER!!

Worst fibre service ever, it is always down and when you call them they never pick up they phones, ever!! I am on a month to month contract so i opted to cancel and go with an actual service provide who provides quality internet. I called to find out what i need to do to cancel the consultant told me i send an email to sales@wondernet and they will come collect their router he said i wont have to pay anything now they want yo charge me a cancellation fee and want notice month. They want me to compensate them for the incompetency and their internet which is always down or slow. Please do not ever consider them, they are the worst. I have more than enough proof that their internet doesnt work.
