Worst customer service I’ve ever come across.

Payments made for the past three months. Only to later get notified that payments were not received. They suspended my line. I later found out my line was upgraded without my consent which is why the they were stating that they never received payment. When contacting their customer service I’m explaining the issue to six agents as the agent disconnect the chat after responding to my first message.

These agents lie stating that the line was upgraded because the 50mbp line was discontinued by Vumatel.
