World Class Service From Wondernet

WonderNet has been an absolute revelation! Having experienced appalling customer service from Web Africa where you spend hours trying to get any service on their 'Hello and Wait a Very Long Time' NONE HELPLINE - WonderNet is incredible! It is a shock to the system when you immediately connect to caring staff, who bend over backwards to address any problems you might have. They also do follow up calls to make sure everything is working!!!! HOW AWESOME IS THAT?

Although all their staff have been amazing I would like to single out Sello Kgoroge. He walked me through setting up the new router. No mean feat as I am Apple-based and most companies staff are only knowledgable with PCs. He was incredibly patient - his whole attitude is positive, upbeat and he walked me through the process with extreme patience. I only wish we had more companies and staff like WonderNet in South Africa!
