WonderNet - Worst service provider i have come across

Poor service delivery, no interest shown in emails sent to support, internet has been cut two months in a row when payment was made, P.O.P sent on numerous occasions to no avail. Called them only to be told the internet is working and IT IS NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have requested a technician to come out - Guess what, no reply or response with confirmation. WON033614/5 both unanswered tickets.

Please do not use WonderNet as a service provider , use your hard earned money with MTN rather as a service provider. I will spread the word hopefully sparing people the same disgust and irritation.

It has been a week now with no joy - even though payment was made in advance!!!!!
