Wondernet: Worst Service Provider

Unable to reach their customer service number, and when asked to speak with a manager, the call is disconnected. It is the fault of the fibre (OCTOTEL) company, to whom I reached out only to be told that there was never a problem on their end. There has been no internet or communication from them for 72 hours. I am now forced to travel over 50 km per day to get internet access.
