WonderNet useless ISP

I wonder whether WonderNet is really Seacom's ISP for the home. They are the most useless and customer unfriendly ISP ever. They just don't care about customer complaints and fixing issues. Having being a Seacom - fibre to business client you will think their WonderNet - fibre to home process and customer care and satisfaction will be paramount to them. Can't wait to cancel.
