Absolutely the worst company to deal with. You cannot get hold of anyone via any channel. They take your money but you cannot contact them. The reviews are clear. They only get one start because there is nothing less. I would go for minus seven if it was available. The call center is busy because the same people are calling in with the same problems. Nothing is getting resolved. OCTOTEL is the parent company that supports them and suffers from the same service disease. USE SOMEBODY ELSE. ANYBODY.
