WonderNet - TOTALLY *********** & LACKING GOOD MANAGEMENT

Over the years before they were WonderNet service was pretty good. Since then the staff is ***********, lack any sense of urgency or ownership, "management" is lackadaisical to say the least: 1) been asking since JUNE to CANCEL my service (still not happened) 2) requested manager to WA call me (promised over a week ago, still nothing..) 3) double-charged me then their accounts tried to lie to me, then admitted it and now "refunded" a different account, probably their own staff account seeing as how rife SA is with *******ion! 2 MONTHS ON AND STILL NOT RELEASED THE SERVICE PORT FOR MY NEW ISP!!!
