WonderNet - The jury is out...

So, despite very view reviews/opinions shared online, of which most were negative but old, I was enticed but their competitive pricing on a 20/20 fibre line so decided to take a chance and switch to WonderNet. My experience so far has been positive and the switch has proceeded reasonably smoothly with my email questions responded to same day. I do however, have one fairly major problem which is now going into day 2 and this that my 20MB line after multiple tests on various devices at different time of day never tests faster than 10MB. So, for now my rating for WonderNet is average, tomorrow it will be either 2 stars or 4 stars depending on whether or not my problem is resolved. If my problem is unresolved by Monday my rating will go to 1 star and I will be looking for a new service provider.
