WonderNet ripped me off!!!

BE WARNED - The notice for cancellation is two months, not one month as they will have you believe. I terminated my service today (1 Oct 2024) thinking I'm giving them one months' notice 1 October - 31 October2024. In my world that is one month. But in WonderNet's world my service will only be terminated at the end of November - that makes it 2 months. If that is the case, they should be more transparent at the beginning telling clients that they need to provide two months' notice so there are no surprises at the end. Very disappointed in you Wondernet and your lack of transparency, ripping clients off by getting an extra month's premium and on top of it having to pay an additional R299.00 to return the router???
