Wondernet is the pits!!!

Appalled by the treatment I’m getting from this once reputable service provider.I had never had an issue with them for the past 2 and a half years I’ve been with them up until now.For the past 3 months I’ve been paying my account and getting notifications confirming this only to be told that my account has been suspended due to being 3 months in arrears.I made arrangements to settle my account,emailed their accounts team the POP and still my internet hasn’t been restored over 24hrs later.Promises to get back to me have never been fulfilled and I’m left in the dark.Them moving from Seacom to Gigawave has ushered a new era of shockingly poor service.They’re the pits!!!
