Wondernet is not so wonderful ⁉️

Wondernet WiFi service provider accounts department, sent me notifications of payment received to my email address, on 02/04/24, 3 days later I got an email to inform me they did not receive my payment.

As I normally do, waiting for the debit orders to go off and then use the rest of my money for the other needs ie; entertainment etc. they are expecting me to make the payment after they told me via email and a receipt they received payment. Now that I've used the money and left with not enough for my WiFi connection, they suspended my connection. Plus I got notification that there will be an increase come the end of March 2024, going forward, they then went to charge me the new premium and reject my old premium, how wrong ia that, I am livid and please whoever are planning to use this service provider, do your due diligence.

Not good for attracting new clients 😡
