WONDERNET FIBRE LOADSHEDDING

Summer Place has literally been going through fibre Loadshedding, every night the same time the entire complex's internet is down.

I've been calling every night and I get the same response from the same person, "there is an issue with the switch, the engineers are working on it" when asked ET of downtime same response "I don't know sir, but they are busy working on it".

The sad part is just that Wondernet doesn't have the ***** to admit to their customers that they are having bandwidth issues. It's too obvious.
