WonderNet doesn’t honour calendar month cancellation notice

Don’t use WonderNet! They tell you they need a calendar month’s notice for cancellations. Then you HAVE to cancel via the system (you have log a cancellation ticket on their website) then the cancellation department sits on their hands for 5days and conveniently tells you they cannot suspend your services as per your cancellation date, because THEY only logged the cancellation request on the 5th!!!! They’re services are useless and they make it impossible to get out of the a contract when you have to move! DON’T USE Wondernet!!!! The only wonder you’ll have with them, is wondering why you chose them!
