Wondernet Customer Service

Customer Service at Wondernet is so poor. I am moving house and just need to know how do I do that. I called and was on the line for 15 minutes only to be cutoff by whoerever picked the call. I have been with them for 3 years but now I am thinkingof going to a service provider who values my money and gives good service. Sies.
