WONDERNET - appalling service, terrible wifi infrastructure, apathetic consultants and zero client service

Wondernet have inflicted the most shocking customer service, after providing appalling fibre infrastructure. They are disinterested, dismissive and unprofessional. I have been waiting for 26 hours, for a consultant to make a call to me, which he promised he would do at 11h00 yesterday.
