Wondernet account mismanagement

Wondernet. Their support, Billing and accounts, I have had bad experiences with all departments. From poor internet connectivity to *********** account handling. True story. I've cancelled my line way in advance, called them to correct an error that I found on my own that would have been a disaster for another account holder. Plus they still deducted the ebit order for which I have no service.

Just because you changed your name to Wondernet, doesn't mean that your problems wenr away, I'm still waiting on my credit for bad service I was promised.
