Wondernet, a real disappointment

Wondernet initially had average customer service until I installed my device. Now they have the worst customer service. Everyday my line is down. Currently since yesterday I am offline and I have kids that do online schooling. Their apparent manager Samuel ignores emails. Their technical staff have no idea what the problem is. Very disappointing and definitely a big mistake signing up with Wondernet.
