Wondernet - a bunch of *********

I had lost internet connection and called vumatel to get assistance to restore connection but I was not ready for the ****show that wondernet customer care is.

I got through to a lady by the name of Gaisamang Sole... There are no words to describe her but for lack of better words, she is inept, *********** and as rude as an agent can get.

To cut the long story short, she could not comprehend anything I said, was badly trained and basically not fit to assist. After she failed to help she asked me to hang ten and she will call back, which unsurprisingly didn't happen and I had to call back and unfortunately got through to her again where she literally gave me an attitude again and still failed to help.

I will be canceling my service and going with another provider that respects its clients and doesn't leave 1 agent to service the whole of SA (According to her she was the only one on shift)

I then called again on the 3rd of Jan 2023, where I was told I can't get help because their couriers are not open as yet... I asked to speak to the manager for a better solution and I was put on hold for over 20 minutes till the line died
