These people must be the dumbest people I ever spoke to . The whatsapp help desk have no clue what is going on. Adn you havr to explain the same thing over and over to them. I had to send screenshots to them from theit own web page to explain things to them. I've been trying to relocate my internet for the past two weeks without any success. And they have the audacity to ask you to rate their service after each and every email or whatsapp response. There is no rating low enough to give them. They stink. Never ever make use of them.
