Why offer WhatsApp Help Channel that no one responds to??

They offer a WhatsApp chat channel when you need help however you sit for hours waiting on one of their "agents" to respond to you after getting a automated response saying -Welcome to WonderNet, one of our agents will respond to you as soon as possible.... . This is ridiculous and a complete waste of time. Would not recommend them anymore!
