Unprofessional and Rude Customer Service Consultants

I was on a call with one of your employees who shocked me with his utter disrespect and unprofessionalism. Please listen to our call which took place between 3:42 pm - 3:53 pm on 31/01/2023. Needlessly threatening me with lawyers; not caring to understand or clear my confusion; clearly unable to deal with a frustrated or upset customer and speaks in a ****y manner which is not appreciated. Further, he called my use of the word 'nonsense ' foul. Clearly, he needs an English lesson or two followed by many lessons on manners. He then deliberately disconnected my call without warning. If it wasn't deliberate then why didn't I receive a call back till now? I need my issue resolved and I want feedback on the call I had with this employee.
