Terrible Service Provider

Nothing but, poor, bad, inconsiderate, undermining staff you have to deal with that does not take empathy, sympathy into account, I would rather prefer a different and more convenient service provider than to sit with people assisting me like this, oh don't even try and talk about very forceful, I have a list of names I can mention but I would prefer not to list it on here but more than willing to discuss it with management,they would rather cost you your bread and butter than to listen to your side of things, and to top it off for months I only get a forceful email from a Manager or billing account manager. I suggest going forward you should employ employees showing more empathy towards custodians. It's 2023 leave the bad attitudes aside,i am just deeply disappointed in this provider and the service I have been receiving, the wifi connection has more outages than staff answering calls.i would discuss this review I'm leaving with senior management than staff.
