Terrible service provider

After months of complaining about throttling while streaming we gave one months written email notice to cancel. After a couple of weeks they came back and said that wasn't acceptable notice, we should have put it on their portal and now we need to pay for another full month! How were we to know and surely written notice is proper legal notice. After huge fights we managed to get it cancelled. I feel sorry for the people (particularly a guy called Sello who tried very hard) who work there but will never go back. Moved to Afrihost and so far very happy.
