Stay away from WonderNet
Their after sales support is the worst. My Fibre has been off for 7days and everyday I call them, I'm being told they'll log a call with octotel. Thereafter nothing happens. They don't follow up, their support teams drops calls without the issue being resolved. They don't give a reference number.... The Worst!!

12 Mar 2024, 18:27Issue is still not resolved... 10 days later, still, no technician has come out to resolve the issue. I'm being told they are checking remotely. Thereafte, they say the issue has been resolved. However I still don't have Fibre!!! 10 days no internet and wondernet doesn't give a ****... STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!
