Stay away from this company!!!!!

If I could rate a minus 5, I would. Stay away from these people. They lie, send you from pillar to post and give you the run around for your refund.

Firstly we are held ransom because only Lightwire provides the fibre in my area, so we have no choice but to use them. I paid R999.00 for installation on the 10th of April, and they were due to come for the install on the 16th of April, THEY NEVER PITCHED. The excuse is mind blowing!! The installation team apparently had an accident the day they were meant to come to my unit. Surprisingly the very next day (17 April) the bakkie and the ladder that was involved in the accident day before was now miraculously available.

They told me they will not accommodate me outside of working hours or on the weekend, although the accident was not my fault; but as soon as I asked for a refund, they could all of a sudden do the install on the weekend. I now want my money back and they are telling me to wait 3 weeks for the refund. How irritating how crazy, Make it make sense? I did not use not 1mbps of their fibre and I still do not have my money. On top of everything I had to keep buying data while I was waiting for the installation, I have incurred so much already, I just want my money so I can forget about these people. STAY AWAY, these people are not worth the headache.
