Professional and great job

Zohra Hassim at seacom WC billing Department was very professional, calm, listened and got to a point where she really wanted the issue to be resolved through out the entire time on the phone with her she was professional, thank you so much but would suggest you dnt run that department by yourself because phone going to voice mail is a turn off.
