Imagine paying for a service you cannot use, after calling the support on more than one occasion spending minutes on end to speak to a consultant and still no resolution. Asked for a tech to be sent out - we still waiting. 4 days of no connectivity and they will still bill accordingly - for their amazing connectivity and amazing customer experiance.
