Please Stay Away From this ISP

I regret having recommended this ISP to my friends and family. In July I started having a terrible internet connection and I tried calling Wondernet with no luck, I went to twitter to try and get their attention, sent an email, contacted them via their portal and they responded 3 days later with an excuse that it was Vumatel, turns out it wasn't Vumatel.

This kept going back and forth with their support and my internet kept dropping, so to make things easier I gave my notice on the 5th of August so I can move to another ISP and they ignored my request to cancel. I sent emails, called them, and they completely ignored me, only to come back on the 18th telling me they will only cancel my package at the end of September.

So basically they are saying I should stay one more month, pay them money and not give me the service that I'm paying for? My internet speed is still dropping and I work from home. Why are they holding me hostage cause I can't change ISPs until they cancel my package? I regret ever signing up with you, for a Seacom company you are such a disappointment.

If you want the worst ISP in SA then these are your guys. Also, I am not done with this, I'm going straight to the consumer protection!!!
